 Wording:

 -The Buyer declares that he agrees pursuant to Section 7 (1) (b) of the Act no. 428/2002 Col., on Personal Data Protection, as amended, that the Seller will process and store the Buyer's personal data, in particular those listed in Chapter 3of the Business Terms and Conditions on protection of personal data and/or those that are necessary for the Seller's activity, and to process the data in all its information systems.

 - The Seller undertakes to treat and handle the personal data of the Buyer in accordance with valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and that the data provided to him by the Buyer serve solely for the purposes of the Seller connected with the fulfilment of the obligations resulting from the Purchase Agreement. Such data will not be disclosed to third parties or utilized otherwise for business. 

- The Seller collects personal data about Buyers solely for the purposes of processing and printing of tax vouchers, socio-demographic processing and marketing purposes of the Seller. Registration data of the Buyers are collectedsolely on the basis of the consent with the processing of the registration of a natural person or legal entity and only if such person/entity provided such data to the Seller voluntarily.

-name of the entrepreneur (business name)
-registered office of the entrepreneur (entered in the Commercial Register) 
-company registration number and VAT number if registered as VAT payer and running business 
-name and surname of the person in charge of the order 
-identification of product/s (pursuant to information on the web pages of the e-shop) 
amount 
-telephone number or email of the Buyer 
-fax number of the buyer (in case of advance payment invoice) 
-selected method of payment and delivery
-delivery address

Order from a natural person - individual: 
-name and surname of the Buyer 
-code and name of product/s, identification of the product/s (pursuant to information on the web pages of the e-shop) 
-amount 
-telephone number or email of the Buyer 
-selected method of payment and delivery
